Honey watercolors

VHaquarell honey paints are produced according to a traditional recipe in which artist pigments are bound with honey.

Depending on the pigment used, the colors range from transparent to semi-transparent. They are suitable for glazing and wet-on-wet techniques.

It is produced by hand using honey, gum arabic and clove oil.

Depending on the pigment, they exhibit opaque to highly opaque properties with a metallic sheen. The metallic effect varies depending on the paper and application method.
