3) **Report to a DHL branch:**
Bring the ** complete package ** (including packaging and contents) as well as the completed damage form to the nearest DHL branch within the ** 7-day period **.
DHL will check the damage and give you confirmation.
4) **Notification to us:**
Send us an email to info@victoriahilbrecht.com with the ** damage photos ** and the ** DHL confirmation ** so that we can assist you with the further processing.
**Deadline for reporting damage**
Any transport damage must be reported to a DHL branch immediately, but no later than ** within 7 calendar days ** after delivery.
**Important instructions**
A late notification of damage may result in DHL rejecting liability.
The entire shipment ( including all shipment components and packaging) is required to properly assess the damage.
Without the damaged package and the original packaging, DHL cannot acknowledge the damage.
